  • We do not store your full payment details — these are securely handled by our payment provider.

Refund Policy

All payments made for PromptPath subscriptions or credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, accidental charges, duplicate payments, or technical issues preventing use of the Service), please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at support@promptpath.online.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or involve misuse of the Service.

  • If you cancel a subscription, you may retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with prior notice.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create (prompts, submissions, outputs, etc.).
  • You grant PromptPath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All PromptPath content, branding, software, and designs are the intellectual property of PromptPath.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • PromptPath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you've paid to us in the past 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromptPath, its affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
